Mission Statement

BeF Foundation promotes and defends education as a basic human right and mobilizes public pressure on governments and the international community to fulfil their commitments to provide free, compulsory public basic education for all people, in particular for children, women and those from excluded communities.

BeF is a Non-Governmental Human Potential Organization Promoting Art, Culture, Education, Bilingualism, Multiculturalism, Social and Humanitarian Services; Centre for Misplaced Documents, Property, Missing and Exploited Children; Centre for Youth Empowerment and Citizenship; Multilingual Training Centre Promoting Research in Linguistics; The Teaching and Development of National and/or Indigenous and Foreign Languages, encouragement of Professional Education plus Translation Sciences.
