As a theory, BIIP posits that meaningful education occurs when knowledge acquisition, competency development, innovation, research, entrepreneurship, leadership formation, community engagement, and lifelong learning are integrated within a single educational ecosystem.
BIIP therefore rejects the notion that education should merely transmit knowledge or develop isolated competencies.
